After an EPIC 25 days in a row, I can now have a weekend off. Bathrooms, boilers, electrics, re wires, call outs, water leaks, gas pipe alterations and re piping a complete bungalow. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this insanely busy period. Back to Monday to Friday now and have a great line up running me into Christmas and the new year 😁 Always here to help 👍🏽

First fix total re wire today and tomorrow

Dear customers, please hold tight on my responses as I am currently 5days into a 25day straight stretch of work. Yes, 25days straight, no days off for nearly a month, multiple projects, trying my upmost to meet all of your requests and needs. New boilers, new bathrooms, whole house re wires, boiler servicing, repairs, tiling, quotations, new water cylinders etc. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Essential worker, working through lockdown to keep you all warm and wet 😉 💪🏽

The rest of this week and all of next week is going to see major transformation as the colours go on the walls, tiles go up on the walls and the floors tiled. Up against the clock due to faulty material supplies.

Faulty expansion vessel on an Unvented hot water cylinder causing the temperature and pressure relief valve to discharge. Has been so long that a 22mm pipe has completely blocked due to scale. Also the temperature of the hw was far too high recorded at 75 degree celcius at all hot water outlets 😣😳 all fixed in one visit, re pressurise the expansion vessel, new T&P valve 7kw, 90 degree, new tundish & new D2 discharge pipework out through the wall & hw thermostat lowered. Chartham, Nr Canterbury.

Bathroom transformation last month, forgot about this one as moved straight onto the next project.

5x leaks under one sink. All sorted in the one visit. Regular customers in Chartham. He even popped out and picked up a new tap and I fitted that too.

Bathroom jazz up. Wincheap. Move shower to adjacent wall and chase pipes into the wall. New shower enclosure tomorrow. New High power extractor fan but super silent core drilled out the loft wall,timer over run facility. Drain heating system, alter radiator pipes and re fit radiator after GeoPanel system installed. New work tops. Whole room GeoPanelled. Bath re installed and pipes altered to suit. Customer now wants a new wc so will return in a couple of weeks to replace the wc pan for a higher one. This one is uncomfortably low.
