Turn back to this Biscoff Tower of joy a few weekends back… safe to say these were devoured within minutes thanks to members!
Let’s be honest, we all know you can never get tired of Biscoff, Kinder or Nutella Brownie/Blondie towers… but I’m feeling a Terrys chocolate orange one needs to happen, whose with me!?

Just over here getting STACKED!
Here we have two Brownie towers for members to enjoy this weekend after a friendly competition to celebrate and .t birthdays!
First for we have a Ferrero Roscher and Nutella Blondie tower with white chocolate hazelnut ‘glue’, Duplo bars, Ferrero Roschers, Nutella biscuits and Maltesers to decorate! (Some of his favourites)
Then for .t we have the classic Biscoff Brownie and Blondie tower with added Biscoff biscuits, Caramilk and kinder hippos held my extra lashings of Biscoff!
Happy birthday you wonderful humans! Here’s to tucking into these tomorrow 🤤

Brownie Tower for Birthday 🎉
Her partner requested two things - Biscoff and 24 brownies to match her age… this was the product!
Here we have Biscoff stuffed Brownies and the signature Biscoff Blondies, stacked together with a Biscoff Buttercream and decorated with Biscoff stuffed biscuits, Ferrero Rochers and a few hungry hippos!

Check out this wedge - Banoffee Brookie coming in hot 🔥
A cookie dough base with chocolate chips, lined with Cadbury’s Banoffee chocolate bar and an extra Ooey Gooey layer of caramel. Then topped with that rich signature brownie, swirled with Banana Caramel, drizzled with milk chocolate and finished with a Biscoff Crumb. YUM!

Oreo cheesecake Brownie got pimped… I am not disappointed one bit! I couldn’t resist taking a photo while cutting them for you all!
Here we now have a Thicker cheesecake layer with an Oreo crumb throughout and an extra chunky ganache!

Crunchie Caramilk Brownie - Give me fun, give me flavour, give me crunch!
Here you see that Rich and fudgy brownie contrasted with chunks of caramac chocolate and THICK crunchie honeycomb blocks, then finished off with a creamy caramilk ganache.
Go on, Get that Friday feeling. (Yes it’s Monday… but if you know, you know) .

Custard Cream Blondie, turning this basic biscuit into something quite delightful!
I think I’d prefer this wedge of blondie with my brew than just a biscuit or two. That custard taste is in every bite through the fudgy blondie with an added crunch from the biscuits themselves and chunks of white chocolate 😍

Yeah, these hungry hippos have had their dreams come true bathing in a deep pool of white chocolate hazelnut ganache (I’m jealous!)
Topping for Kinder Bueno Brownie had a change this time around , I felt it was more appropriate seeing as these are specifically made for who has worked so hard the last few months in a calorie deficit to get ready for this weekends weightlifting competition. She’s been that hungry hippo, snappy in mood and footwork. You got this girl 🏋️‍♀️

I’ve got work to do with the balanced layers, but the taste, that’s just what the doctor ordered. The richest brownie yet!

Just rolling in a Milkyway full of stars ✨ .
Introducing the Crispy Milkyway Magic Marshmallow Brookie. Quite a mouthful … but oh so worth it!
Having that crisp crunch of the crispy roll in-between the crummy cookie layer and super gooey brownie creates the perfect contrast! She’s a star 🌟

I’ll be seeing you After Eight, we’re Mint to be. 😍
I don’t know about you, but I’m such a lover for mint chocolate! This rich brownie is full of Cadbury’s Mint creme chocolate and topped with After Eight bites on top of a darker chocolate ganache. I’m totally not limiting this to 8pm… no one said AM wasn’t allowed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Magic star Milkybar Marshmellow Brownie providing all the feels for a Monday morning ... I can definitely relate to a few of these fellas. 😴
Oh and FYI, I think these might be my gooiest yet! Sweet and sticky marshmallow combined with rich and fudgy milkybar brownie. It’s a no brainer, you NEED this.

Gifting this to a close friend as she’s turns 26 tomorrow! She’s been a taster of my brownies since day 1 and always gave me helpful advice, so obviously i had to show gratitude in more bakes!
She’s a Biscoff fiend (who isn’t these days!), so here we have Biscoff Blondies and Biscoff caramac brownies!

I was asked by to make something for Eoghans 30th Birthday, She had no idea what she was after but let me run with an idea I’ve wanted to try... and these two deserve all the brownies after a tough lockdown getting in shape and loosing weight. Time to TREAT YO SELF 🙌🏼
Kinderella filled brownies, stacked with a Nutella ganache, white hazelnut buttercream, with additions of Kinderella stuffed cookies crumbled, Bueno pieces, Kinder chocolate and vanilla stuffed Biscoff Biscuits. So much goodness!

A super gooey jammy blondie with all the Almond Bakewell taste you could ask for! Sprinkled with almonds, drizzled in a creamy icing and topped with a glazed cherry!

Oh my. Bueno 👏
Kinder bueno brownie takes the stage! A kinder chocolate filled rich brownie with a chocolate hazelnut layer, topped with white bueno and more brownie, then smothered in a white chocolate hazelnut ganache and finalised with a little piece of milk bueno. I’m in heaven.
