Pop-Up Pizza

A sneak peak at next weekend's special for our pop up at - a celebration of Calabrian heat! A tomato and Calabrian chilli base, topped with mozzarella, fiery nduja and ricotta, finished with fresh basil. Spicy perfection!

First pizza of the year to celebrate a glorious weekend of weather! Jake slow roasted some beef short ribs yesterday and kept some back to try on a pizza, it was as delicious as it looks!

Something a little bit different tonight - flammekueche! Not strictly speaking a pizza, it's a crème fraîche base topped with fried onions and bacon lardons.
Traditionally it has a thinner, super crispy base without much crust, but that's not how we do things...

Amazing day at Rough Common Fete! We prepped 40 dough balls and sold out in 2 hours! We also debuted our new gazebo set up!

We're kicking off our summer at Rough Common Summer Fete this weekend! We'll be there 11am - 3pm so come along for live music, kids crafts, games and delicious fresh pizza!

We've had a (little) bit of a rebrand! We've got ourselves a new gazebo, but it's blue - so we've changed our logo to match! The pizza is still just as great though...

Very excited to share that we achieved a food hygiene rating of 5 after our Environmental Health inspection!

Sunday evening pizzas with family - who needs a Sunday roast when you've got quattro formaggi!

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we won’t be cooking tomorrow night at The Hare - apologies!

We are back at next week on Wednesday 8th June for Open Mic Night (cooking, not performing!)

Pizza from 6pm - 8.30pm and performances from 7.30pm!
