Meet Bec! (The Real Boss)

The organised, determined, self confessed toastie queen! And agony Aunt for the staff too 😂

The real drive behind the business - making sure bills are paid, staff are on time & that Brendan’s doing as he’s told!

Bec’s favourite toastie is the steak & cheese but I’m pretty certain we catch her stealing a brownie out of the cake counter at least twice a week!

Meet Brendan (The Boss)

The man in charge of all of our food, all of our recipes & the keeper of really terrible jokes.

Brendan’s day to day involves 2 cups of coffee before he basically does anything 😂

Here he is blitzing something special for one of his awesome recipes.

His favourite toastie is the pastrami because it hits allllll the flavour profiles 🤓

He’s also busy working on dips & dunking sauces for all those crusts!

Did you know he used to work in London for the Gordon Ramsay company 😎

She’s cool, calm & collected.

She definitely prefers taking your orders & serving you with a smile, but my god does this girl pack a punch on the grill 🔥

Her go to toastie is our BBQ pulled pork!

She makes the best coffee & is always calm, professional & polite - no matter how busy we are!

Her go to toastie isn’t actually on the menu…she just puts together whatever she fancies 😂 perks of the job I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to each & everyone one of you for your lovely messages & for keeping us busy at our toastie shop since the trailer accident, you’re the best! ♥️

Also, a MASSIVE thank you to our team for holding the fort whilst we’ve been a bit all over the place trying to sort everything out! You know it’s bad when they have coffee & toasties ready for when you walk in 😂

We’re open all weekend to sit in take away ☀️

We don’t know what to say, what to do or how to feel. Is this even real? 😢

We were in an accident this morning on our way to an event.

Luckily no one was hurt & we are both fine. Just shook up. Thank you all so much for your messages & calls.

Such a lesson that things can be replaced but people can’t.
