This programme, delivered in a group setting, gives you practical strategies to create the best environment for your babies development and feel more confident as you begin your parenting journey. Learn ways to cope with frequent crying, setting up good sleep habits, reading your babies cues, looking after yourself, adapting to changes in family life and more. It's easier with parenting strategies!

Support your childβs development for free with the EasyPeasy app - now available for all parents and carers of children aged 0-5 in Kent.
EasyPeasy brings together the best ideas, advice, and inspiration from a diverse community of parents, experts, and brands supporting families and their 0-5-year-olds during the crucial early years. Parents can access thousands of simple, fun, and educational parenting tips and activities, tailored to their childβs age and development stage, designed to use everyday materials that families already have access to at home.
The app includes information, activities, and tips on a range of topics including:

π We understand that the current cost of living crisis has been challenging for many individuals. Numerous dedicated parents who are facing difficulties. To support families, the Healthy Start Program provides parents with Β£4.25 per week to ensure their children have access to nutritious food.
