We've just put the enormous Vault City/Neon Raptor Double Deep Fried Mars Bar stout on. 'Wowsers'! Also a new IPA from as part of their Summer Residency at the Peg (7 taps now full of Verdant goodness!) - Hell For Pleather, my new favourite Verdant IPA, absolutely love it (Steve)!

Yesterday we also put on the Verdant DIPA - Fruit, Car, Sight, Exhibition, didn't bother advertising that, it's very average, I'd drink something else, it's probably not for you 😉. I think that's everything (!) ... come and have a drink in our new plush booths (more to come!)!! Cheers 🍻🍻🥂🥂

Although we don't mind a bit of the old Association Football here at Pegasus (COME ON ENGLAND! ....and to some extent Scotland!), we don't really have the space for TVs that don't show world class beer and occasionally annoy people with 'coming soon' adverts, so....

NON-FOOTBALL FANS - We are very much the place for you during the Euros, you're safe here, you can listen to some great, eclectic music and enjoy some world class drinks, knowing that the place isn't going to explode every now and again. Peace!

FOOTBALL FANS - Enjoy the tournament, if you are going to watch the football at another slightly less-world-class-drinks-endowed establishment, we're here for some tip-top beer/whatever before the match, even as a half-time pitstop and for a celebratory/commiseratory pint afterwards. We don't even mind quiet tablets/phones showing the games live in the pub. We have Verdant. Lots of Verdant. 😁

We have a new permanent lager for the Summer - we're now pouring the fantastic Verdant Helles lager, crisp, clean and tasty, a truly premium lager! Still available in steins!

We also have the fantastic Thistly Cross Whisky Cask cider back in and on, a really lovely tipple with hints of vanilla and oak, yum.

From next Wednesday there will always be 7 taps of some of the best beer you can get your hands on, a non-stop beer festival of the very best kind. We can't wait!

Lovely Seven Island beer (really lovely!), two spectacular Greek gins, and a bottle of top quality Mastiha.

RESCHEDULED 'GREEK NIGHT', NO TICKET REQUIRED!! THIS FRIDAY!

First of all, apologies again to the few customers who were let down by a bit of a breakdown in communications at Pegasus HQ, there was 'trouble at 'mill', well, Customs to be accurate, and our ordered beers (which are now 2 instead of 4) got snarled up in delays, but they are here now!

We've just had a break in Rhodes, and in typical busman's holiday fashion, visited the only brewery (.mules.brew) and 2 craft beer bars (.pefkos.cocktail.bar and ) on the island. All lovely people as you'd imagine, with some cracking beer! Apart from a fridge jam packed with beauties, Andreas only has 3 draft taps in Pefkos, but all three always have top beer on them, I took a group of craft fans and 'newbies' in, all of them loved it!

Telling them about our impending (but delayed) Greek Night, I got the same complaint about Seven Island beer ... we can't get any!! They wished they'd sell more of it in actual Greece, as it is amazing beer!!

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I can't wait to try these two absolute gems from (who really like their can art!) on Friday, a big IPA and a DIPA, we also have some tremendous Greek gin ... I know someone who basically lived on a drip with Grace Gin being taken intravenously for a week, who will remain nameless 😂 ... and some gorgeous Roots Mastiha to sample.

We've got a lovely little Neon Raptor-fest happening to start off your Bank Holiday weekend in style this week, incorporating their annual Operation Mayfly launch, an absolutely epic Impy Stout and some other tasty treats in keg and can.

We're sorry we have little outside space, we might not be able to offer you rays of sunshine, but we can guarantee you tremendous craft beer, cold, quality lager, the best gin on the planet, tasty cocktails and nearly any other drink that takes your fancy!

Not long to go now, welcome to your May Day Bank Holiday weekend!! Beer, lovely tipples and a bit of love ❤️

We have just the best ongoing beer festival on, with 14 of the finest beers and ciders from around the country on our taps, with relative new kids on the block Gravity Well, Drop Project and Titsey rubbing shoulders with the big boys like The Kernel, Cloudwater, Azvex and Verdant (on deck) to name but a few, something for everyone ... including a big, bright, blue sour from Neon Raptor!

Our famous gin selection is built back up, we have some top tipples, along with fine wines, fabulous rum, a NEW cocktail menu (on every table!) and every other premium spirit you can think of.

The thing we're most proud of though, is our 'crowd'. We get such a great, diverse mix of people coming in, from all walks of life, adding to a wonderful vibe. Long may it continue, and thanks for being a part of that.
