“I am constantly in love with both treatments, I love the body mapping part of the Harmony Massage and bringing Reiki energy to heal the stuck emotions identified.
On the Harmony Crystal Facial, I love the different crystals, the gorgeous scents of the organic products from Everything has been carefully chosen by the Harmony brand to give my clients a personalised, uplifting, relaxing and soothing experience.”

What bought you to Harmony?
“Since I was little, I knew I would be providing healing of some form for a living. From being pre-med in México, and moving to England to work for blue chip pharmaceutical companies for over 24 years. Finally life’s painful and challenging experiences brought me to a place where I feel I am truly living my mission in this lifetime, as a healer, and the Harmony Massage treatments are in perfect alignment with my path.”

Using traditional manual massage techniques we can identify the areas within the body that are experiencing physical pain. We then track this back to the underlying trigger point causing this pain and release the blockage in the physical and energetic body to bring balance and harmony back💚

At the beginning of the treatment we will check your energy centres and explain to you what we have discovered, we will then begin the hands-on part of the treatment. Over the next 90 minutes we will work on the full body directly on the skin with oils and some parts will be carried out over towels; this is not your average massage, some parts of the treatments may feel a little uncomfortable as we work on facia and trigger point release, however the results are well worth it.

You may feel emotional during parts of the treatment or you may drift off into a blissful state of relaxation, either way, we will be reading and mapping the body as we work and recording any findings so that we can relay them back to you at the end of the session.
