Role Description:

These full-time positions are based at Bramling Workshops on the outskirts of Canterbury.
We are seeking experienced Bench Joiners, for all aspects of both traditional and modern joinery.

You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality joinery products, ensuring efficient and precise manufacturing processes to the highest of standards.

Qualifications & experience:

- Experience in all aspects of purpose made joinery.
- Ability to read drawings & some setting out preferred
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in joinery preferred
- Regular overtime is always available

Our extensive operations, including a contemporary 23,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility and state-of-the-art joinery & finishing workshops.

It’s - giving you an insight into the craftsmanship in our joinery workshop. This week we are working on some branding for a restaurant on behalf of .

Earlier in the week we removed some existing lettering from site, and brought it back to our workshop where we stripped the existing veneers, recalibrated the components and prepared for new veneers to be applied. We pre-cut the veneers and the components entered the press before moving over to one of our joiner’s benches for trimming and cleaning. Once prepped, they’ll head to our spray shop for a clear coat finish.

We are proud to announce that we have achieved the SMAS Worksafe and ISO 9001:2005 and ISO 14001:2015 accreditations! These certifications demonstrate our unwavering commitment to excellence in health and safety, quality, and environmental management.

We constantly strive to improve our operations; achieving these accreditations for our joinery (supply and installation) and main contracting services is just one step in our journey.
