A stunning outbuilding for a bar and office we had the privilege of working on and wiring. The finish just looks superb. A run of garden spike lights also to light up the path leading down to it! This was for Applewood Fencing.

Underfloor Heating Installed today on one of our kitchen projects. We lay a matt down then run the loose heating cables in it. We love this system!! Ready to now be tiled!

We revisited a rewire we completed earlier in the year in Rye but never got round to posting photos. This was an old property with lots of old features remaining on show and creating obstacles but we enjoyed this one and love the outcome.

Alarm installation today! This is complete with full Smart Phone Access for the client for remote arming.

A recent upgrade to a property in Deal. This is ongoing so will be more pictures to follow and different light fittings to be added.

This was carried out by our Apprentice Harry. A very neat Consumer Unit install on one of our rewires. He is doing great and must be learning from the best!!! 👌

We had a callout yesterday to an RCD tripping which turned out to be a faulty RCD. The client wanted to proceed with a new board to meet latest requirements. The use of individual RCBOs over RCDs reduces nuisance tripping as when an RCD trips it will take out at least half of your property's power whereas an RCBO will only trip that circuit.

The date to have this done by was April 2021. However a lot of landlords are still not aware of this or haven't done so. Therefore do not hesitate to get in contact and get booked in. 1 of 2 properties finished in Rye today. This was a listed 1 bed cottage and definitely threw up a few challenges to rewire this without damaging panelling etc. We pride ourselves in the quality of work and finish achieved. Next week we will be back to finish the other property, the bigger of the 2.
