This is Dolapo Babajide. He moved to Wales two years ago to support his pregnant wife. He started working at a hospital and saw first-hand the amazing work carried out by kind nurses - helping and supporting people when they need it the most. He decided then and there, he wanted to help people too. He signed up to a Healthcare and Nursing course and, in between caring for his wife and kids, he dedicated himself to studying. Today, he picked up the highest possible grade in his course. Heβs now hoping to progress his studies to become a fully qualified registered nurse. Well done, Dolapo! πβ€

When one crab tries to climb out, the others pull it back down, ensuring that none of them escape. This behaviour is often used as an analogy to describe a similar phenomenon in human social dynamics, particularly within communities or groups facing systemic challenges.
