This month we have combined our house Buffalo sauce with grade A Canadian Maple Syrup seasoned with spices . The result is a sweet, smoky and incredibly moreish flavour.

For May as start breaking into sunshine we hit the topics of Hawaii to bring you a diverse fusion of flavours.
Our house made sauce has six spices which also includes pineapple, sugar cane & chilli creating a bold sweet & spicy taste that works incredibly well on our Wings.

Introducing our flavour of the month for April-
House made Korean BBQ sauce recipe which has a combination of tangy, spicy and sweet flavours made from Gochujang paste, rice vinegar and other spices creating a bold umami taste.

Wow we’ve had a crazy few days and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has celebrated our Birthday with us and who have supported us over the past 2 years on Whitchurch rd.

It certainly had been a rollercoaster ride with so many challenges in the last year the biggest being the cost of living crisis affecting everyone. This has had a major impact on the hospitality industry which has led to sadly many independent businesses closing in Cardiff. It is essential to support your local indies which are an Integral part of the community.

We are proud to be part of our community and have supported many local businesses, charitable causes and sponsored local teams and sportspersons over the past 2 years.

Finally we would to thank our amazing hardworking team, our suppliers and once again a big thank you to all our loyal fabulous customers.
We look forward to see you all soon❤️
