Mechanical mishap mondays has struck again due to a pothole. There will be a slight delay in collections today as this is currently being repaired

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and hopefully this video sends a message to those who think the livelihoods of working men and small businesses are a joke and easy targets for those who wish to rip us off.
Like anybody who runs a small business will know, it's very difficult juggling work, family, time for quoting, and a million other things all at the same time. Sleepless nights are nothing new, working 18 hours a day is normal and above all that you can still end up going home skint once you paid all your Bill's so being ripped off by a customer is something not to be taken lightly.
Support your local businesses, they provide good services and need your help.

I can honestly say that since we started in business we have had nothing but good relations with our customer base. Unfortunately, today we came across our first real life knocker (a person who intentionally withholds Fair payment for the purpose of personal gain).
After many hours of being lied to,bounced back and forth different telephone numbers we came to the conclusion that we had in fact been knocked. We spent 3 hours in the blistering heat tidying this person's hone up for them only to be ripped off for our money and therefore we took the decision to give them their waste back. Wrong, Right? I'm not looking for a debate, we are just making it clear that if you think ripping off working men for their wages when they have children to feed and homes to run then you will be getting a seriously big load of crap put back on your toes.
As for everyone else you will be treated with the same respect we've always shown and you will continue to receive a good service for a fair price.

Another 15 hour day, fair play to all the boys they work so hard no matter the weather. It rained non stop all day and we still got all our jobs completed.
Sunday will be another 12 hour day, the best are always busy......

Now collecting household bags. Both green and black bags. £2.00 per bag.
The council may be shirking their duty to keep our homes clean but we're still out and about.
We are now collecting household refuse bags and recycling bags.

This is what usually happens when you hire a cheap cowboy firm to clear your waste, it ends up in the middle of a country lane somewhere.
Remember, if you cant prove who took your waste away then you are responsible for the clean up fee should they illegally dump it.
Us legitimate companies may charge a little more but we are fully licenced, fully insured and we dispose of your waste legally and responsibly. You'll always recieve paperwork and waste transfer notes from us. We have nothing to hide.
So, next time you want waste removed use a legitimate company and not a cowboy who will dump it on the roadside.
We are happy to help any elderly or vulnerable people who are staying at home to avoid the Corona Virus. We have vehicles, we can delivery food, toiletries and collect medications etc.
If you know anyone who may need our help then get in touch.
This is also an invite to others to join in and help look after the vulnerable in society. It's our duty as younger, fitter and stronger people to help those less fortunate.
