Last week we set off for a road trip in the beautiful hills of North Wales, and what a week we had! Finding 218 new donors for our incredible charity clients!👏🏼

We are absolutely chuffed to tell you all about our amazing team leader, Laura. She's raised over a whopping £129,860 for various organisations through her fundraising efforts, and we're all just blown away by her incredible passion and dedication.

Not only is Laura a fundraising superstar, but she's also one of the kindest, most considerate leaders you could ever hope to work with. She's always there to listen and inspire us, and her positive energy radiates throughout the office.

Laura's fundraising success isn't just changing the game for the organisations she supports - it's also got the whole team fired up and ready to make a difference. Her commitment to giving back to the community is totally infectious, and we feel so lucky to have her leading the charge.

George is our Head of Partnerships here at Family First Professionals and is based out of our Bristol operation!

George has been in the Fundraising industry for nearly 10 years working all over the globe 🌎

George now works in Building relationships with our lovely clients, reaching out and responding to new clients and is at the heart of what we do here at Family First

MR ISAAC ATHERLEY 💪🏼

Isaac has been with us for about a year now! He came into this job with no experience in sales but with his hard work, incredible attitude and big personality, he has worked his way up to campaign managers and is one of FFP’s most valuable employees 🤩

Not only has he raised thousands of pounds for multiple charities and trained so many of our team members at Family First Professionals. But outside of work he has raised just over £1500 in a charity boxing match for Save the Children 🤩

Save the Children do amazing work all over the world to save the lives of millions of children living bellow the poverty line and thanks to the amazing work of Isaac Atherley he was able to give a beautiful donation towards this amazing cause ❤️

(And of course everyone at Family First Professionals were ringside as his biggest cheerleaders)

This amazing charity does some incredible work all across the world to protect the worlds most beautiful landscapes in the battle against climate change and deforestation 🌍

They also protect some of the most endangered species by preserving their natural habitats and protecting them against postures 🐘

We have already been off to a flying start with our campaign manager finding 14 quality donors in just 2 days! 💪🏼

Lili has only been with us for a few weeks but has come in with an incredible mindset! She works so hard and has been the perfect what we like to call “Sponge” just absorbing all the information she has been given and has go out there and ran with it! 🔥

She has out performed people with years worth of experience behind them and hasn’t let any external factors effect her attitude or performance. She has recently received her first promotion after just a few week in the company and is on track for her second 🤩

Our events team ontain between 100-150 donors every single week for some amazing charity clients🤯 it’s filled some of our top performers out of the whole company! And they are just as good at training quality fundraisers as they are at beingn quality fundraisers themselves 💙

After last weeks triumph, it was far to hard to pick one person so…presenting our THREE employees of the week 💥

First we have Ioan Williams, ioan consistently shows that he is one of the best performers in the field, whilst also being a top notch recruiter for us here at FFP. He’s what some would call a perfect all rounder 🤩

Next we have Joel Cook, Joel works over in our new Bristol office. He has proven that you don’t need years of experience, just a strong mindset and a hard working attitude! Joel is now set to be one of the first Bristol home grown TL’s and we can’t wait to see where he goes in this industry 📈

Last but most definitely not least we have Beau! Beau has only been with us for five weeks! But is now becoming one of our most consistent top performers, getting 28 quality donors in just ONE week🤯

Last week was an amazing week not only for FFP as a company but for our employees personal goals. We saw some of our best performances yet and we are so excited to see where all these amazing people will go 🤩📈💙

Our events team smash out around 100+ donors ever single week 🤯 some of our best performs in the entire company are part of our events team and they are just as good as training high rollers as they are at high rolling themselves 👏🏼📈

WE GOT A NEW OFFICE PB!!!

Last week we set off two national road trips! Cardiff and Bristol doors went down and smashed West Wales and our amazing Events team went out and blew Newcastle out of the water!🤩

We went out and not only hit our PB for donors in a week as an office but we absolutely smashed it by our third day 🤯Not to mention all the personal goals hit, the promotions and personal best are something to be super proud of 👏🏼👏🏼

Our guys worked so hard and managed to raises thousands of pounds for some amazing organisations just before Christmas 🎄🥰
