Then Saturday the first game starts at 12.30pm. Arsenal v Nottingham Forest. Newcastle United take on Villa at 5.30pm. Super Sunday the action starts at 2pm with Brentford v Spurs. What a weekend of sport. Starting Friday night. The championship is back!!! Sheffield Wednesday play Southampton. 8pm kick off. Then Saturday sees the rugby world cup warm up game. Wales v England. 5.30pm kick off. Then super Sunday is the bluebirds first game of the season. Live at 2.30.

Today we are showing the 4th day of the ashes, and there is even football tonight. Villa v Brentford at 5pm. Then Chelsea v Fulham at 7.45pm. ⚽️🏏🍻🍍

So rumour has it the ladies who did the 5k race for life are also going to be doing a midnight walk for charity. We've also heard there maybe others joining them. Keep an eye out for more updates. 🍍
