I've been contacting my ex members this morning inviting them to come back to group in Ely and Grangetown this week to take advantage of some special offers we have running at the moment.

If you're an ex member of mine and you haven't heard from me please know it's not because I've stopped thinking about you. It's either because data protection forbids me to contact you after a certain amount of time or it might be that I have already contacted you fairly recently and don't want to hassle you.

Either way I want you to know that you are so welcome to contact me at any time if you would like to come back or just turn up to one of the sessions...this week we're all getting back on track together so it's a fab week to join and of course there are those special offers I mentioned earlier.
