This collection is called “The Awakened Goddess” and is inspired by women empowerment and spreading body positivity💗.

To promote body positivity all of our brand labels are changing to new designs that I can’t wait to share with you! Each label has its own unique illustrations that were designed and drawn by me like the one you see in this post. These have taken me a fair few months to complete so I’m so excited they are nearly ready to be previewed on our products 🤩.

Hey lovelies! I’m so excited to announce we are currently undergoing a huge rebrand of all our product label designs and logo. We have been working on this since March and I have been dying to give you a sneak peak of what you can expect!

All the new labels have been drawn and designed by me personally with the intention to really use this business as a way of spreading body positivity loud and clear, while promoting acceptance of all bodies regardless of size, shape, and skin tone.

My main goal is for my products to spread this message and encourage women like me who are suffering with their body image to embrace their insecurities and treat themselves to the love they truly deserve. We are all strong and powerful beings and the bodies that we were born with are what makes us who we are, so its time to start embracing✨you✨.

✨The 5x5 affirmation exercise ✨

Whether you are feeling down, not feeling yourself, suffering with low self esteem or just struggling to keep afloat, speaking words of affirmations to yourself is a great way to boost your mood, and eventually help increase self-love.

Repeat these words:
I am worthy,
I am loved,
I am brave,
I am capable,
I am authentic,
I am enough.

Repeat these affirmations out loud 5x a day, with 5 reps each time. For these to work you have to believe what you are saying. This may or may not happen over night which is why it will help to be repetitive and continue saying these affirmations daily until it becomes second nature and you believe what you are saying. Only you have the power to shift your mind and change the way you view yourself.

Four powerful and effective manifestation techniques that I use on a daily basis✨.

Manifestation or the laws of attraction may be a concept you're familiar with.
And if not, Manifestation is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality...via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.

When you’ve pinpointed exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are, you need to ask the universe for what you want. This can be done in a variety of ways—prayer, meditation, visualization, speaking your intentions out loud, a vision board and/or a “future box,” which is a container full of pictures of items you want to manifest—but you need to say exactly what you want.

Keep in mind, This doesn't happen overnight, so don’t give up!
Although manifesting is about turning your dreams into reality, it does require you to take proactive steps toward whatever it is you desire. You shouldn’t expect it to happen instantly—but even though it's a lengthy process, that time is a small price to pay for a (hopefully) profound impact on your life.

The four techniques given are just an example of types of manifesting you can practice. And if you haven’t started already, They are great for beginners!

Some of you may have noticed there has been little activity on my socials for a few months and I want to explain to you guys why. Back in March, I developed a health problem that led me to need a surgical procedure. It took me 2 months to recover from the surgery and in all honesty, it completely knocked my confidence and self-love. After the healing process, the only thing I wanted to do was get back to the stuff I enjoyed doing most – creating a platform for self-love, care, and spiritual guidance. But it was extremely hard to get the motivation back as I felt defeated. I knew I had to do something which is why this next launch and collection is so important and special to me.
I have spent many months coming up with ideas that would help fulfill my body confidence and love within myself again which is where the process of this new launch began.

I wanted to create a safe haven to help people like me who are struggling with their body image, imperfections, deflated self-love, mental health, and confidence by incorporating self-care rituals and spiritual awareness to improve our souls and eradicate those sabotaging thoughts that are affecting the way we view ourselves and live our lives.

So, without further ado, I am so excited to share with you my new collection that will be launching this winter!
