5am club is going strong .thanks Dee Ludlow
the slideshow below is the very first property which was renovated back 13 years ago.it has now come back around and will be renovated again the pictures at the end are some of the design to be used .
it is a 3 bed currently but will be changed into a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom. by adding a loft conversion via permitted development but with full plans submitted and built to building regulations.
in the coming weeks I will be posting properties old and new .
and some of the hurdles which will come up as we go.
