Hello everyone! Just want to say a massive thank you to all that have supported us in the first few weeks of our business. We all hope you have a wonderful festive holiday and please show us any of your festive food creations with our grater.

We are not back in the office until the 28th, orders made later than 21/12/23 will likely be fulfilled after the 28th of December. We understand that this might be disappointing but we are a small company and can't be everywhere at once.

Some of our graters sold to friends, family and customers have been in constant use for over a decade without any degradation to performance or look.

Stoneware ceramic is renowned for its durability, that is why we have prioritised working with ceramicists who are masters of stoneware firing. We don't agree with companies that incorporate planned obsolescence into their business strategy. We at minna stoneware believe in sustainability, and are conscious of our responsibility to offer quality products that uphold it.

This easy to make cinnamon applesauce pairs perfectly with some fresh fluffy pancakes. 🍎🥞

First, grate your cinnamon stick on the outside grooves until you have approximately 1/2 tsp of freshly ground cinnamon.

Then remove the core from an apple and quarter. Grate the apple segments in a circular motion and brush it all together.

You now have an amazing apple sauce ready to slather over some pancakes!

Top tip: use the grater on an angle with a circular motion to create a perfect crumb for any dish!

Let us introduce ourselves!

Minna is currently a business run by a couple: Sandra and Jack.

Sandra, a big foodie and design enthusiast, introduced Jack to the minna grater. Jack, being a keen cook, loved how much it changed his cooking. After both moving to Jack's home country of Wales, Sandra was presented with an opportunity by Anckeramic to bring the minna grater to the UK. We both genuinely love the minna grater and are so excited to share this amazing handcrafted product with everyone (and hopefully USA, CAN, AUS, NZ soon!).

We chose to name our company honouring the amazing Minna Sola, who has handcrafted these beautiful stoneware graters for over a decade. Good craftsmanship deserves recognition, and we wanted to make sure that our business acknowledged her!

At present we work with two ceramic workshops in the EU, one in Portugal and one in Finland. Both workshops we work with only use certified non-toxic glazes in the production of our stoneware graters. Allowing us to continue providing you with a product that is good for both you and the environment!

Making fresh condiments really elevates any meal!🍽️

We love creative cooking and this little grater allows you to unlock big flavours with minimum fuss. Rustle up your favourite tzatziki, aioli, or salsa verde, the possibilities are endless!
