Hoodies are in!! If you ordered get in touch 💥

We've just had confirmation of prices for the hoodie order, with a 2 week lead time from when we finalise the order.

As well as being a 20 year anniversary design, hoodies will cost the same as we charged for the originals £40.

If anyone wants to get additional hoodies, or now no longer wants one please let me know so that we can keep prices low.

This was one of the original vintage from 2004. By popular demand, we are going to do another run of these classic hoodies to celebrate 20 years. If you are in the market to replace, or you are new to the family, leave a message in the comments with your size and number of hoodies and I can get the order in!

We'd like to inform all gym members that, on Monday 19th September, the gym will be shut as a mark of respect for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. The gym will re-open as normal on Tuesday 20th.

In response to many enquiries, yes, we are open this Friday as usual. There is a weather warning in place, so obviously you should exercise your judgement when it comes to travel and pay attention to potential hazards. But we will be open, currently drinkg tea as, for some reason it is quiet in here today 🤔

Iron Mums - Weight training for women! Come and tone up with us every Tuesday an Friday morning at 9.15am. Full instruction provided - no previous weight training experience necessary.
