As it’s Carluke gala day next sat (8th June), we are CLOSED that Saturday, Below is our £25 bbq boxes which we are now taking orders for, this boxes will be available to order starting now and collection will be the Friday, all orders have to be in by Thursday due to what will be very popular demand. RAMSAY CHALLENGE, Huge success for the Ramsay Challenge at the Carluke Hugh School yesterday, Very impressed with the quality on show, every person deserved huge credit, as all dishes were excellent, the standard was very high, so huge well done to all pupils and also to the staff for a very professional and well organised event.

1st place = Zach & Evan
2nd place= Adam
3rd place = Zara.

Also due to how popular the new Ultimate Burger was last week, we have done 3 different Ultimate Burgers this week,

The Ultimate Burger= Carmalised Onion Steak Burger,stuffed with cheddar, wrapped in streaky bacon and soaked in bbq sauce.

Sausage Smokey- our award winning pork sausage, wrapped in smoked streaky bacon and soaked in a delicious bbq sauce.

Raging Bull= Chicken fillet stuffed with cream cheese and our award winning streaky bacon, soaked in mustard and beer sauce.

Also added to our counter is 3 different varieties of meatballs, grill sticks are also back.

We are very excited to introduce our new Gluten Free Pie supplier, Mad K Pies - Mum and Dad's Kitchen , we have working hard with them behind the scenes these last few weeks and we all are very excited to work together, these pies are so good, probably the best we have ever tried,we will be providing our meat for the pies. Next weeks gluten free week can’t come quick enough. We will also be getting some cakes from them too.
