🍊A month ago today we catered an all vegan wedding for Paula & Matt. This was one of their beautiful puddings - served family style to the centre of each table. YUM!

The reception is held in their lotus marquee, set in 9 acres of wonderfully executed gardens and space.
The manor house itself has accommodation along with 8 luxury apartments and rooms in the converted outbuildings...

Pandan Duck Curry, Pineapple Sanbal, Coconut Rice

This is a favourite of Scotts, he first did this Curry whilst working in Providores with Anna Hansen.

The Providores sadly closed its doors after 18 years in 2019 - Owner chef Peter Gordon saying that he wanted to 'Leave on a high'
