MEGA MACRAME MARCH 🎉
March is a busy month for me here at Studio 13. I'm holding 3 workshops and will have a table at the Carlogie Cafe, all being held in March. The details are in the posters but here's a wee rundown of what's coming up:

🪴Thursday 7 March 6-8pm - Plant Hanger Workshop, .makes.crafts, Carnoustie (free🪴included)

🍷Friday 15 March 6-8pm, Macrame Coaster workshop, in Arbroath

☕️Friday 22 March, 10-11.30am, Carlogie Cafe, Macrame stall, Panbride Church Hall, Carnoustie

💐Monday 25 March 2-4pm, Macrame Flower Workshop, Arbroath

All the workshops are suitable for beginners and all materials will be provided.

Macrame workshops with me are back! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

We're starting off with my most popular class of last year,
The Macrame Angel. 😍

This will be the only class for this project I'll be going this year, so make sure you book your place soon before it books up.

Yesterday hubby and I had 101 jobs needing done but instead took ourselves off for lunch to The Fairmont Hotel in St Andrews. Just as we were leaving I noticed the rope art adorned around the bar area! You know it's a 'thing' when the top hotels are using it in their interiors!🍽😍🪢

Look how well these plants are growing in the plant hangers! In little over a month they are flourishing and producing lots of 'babies'. It never fails to amaze me how well plants grow in these. Made by moi and available at Monkey Makes .makes.crafts

Craft table will also be open tomorrow for children’s ceramic painting. Age approx 7 to 11.

I also have wooden animals, tractors etc for painting age approx 5 upwards.

The water bottle holders come in other colours too, natural, black and pink are available from the shop but if you would like another colour they can be custom ordered. Just let me or Monkey Makes know. 😊

Delighted to share that Carnoustie's newest shop Monkey Makes have my macrame on display. They are conveniently situated in the High Street with plenty parking close by. Morag and her family/team have done a fantastic job refurbushing the shop in record time and it looks amazing as you can see from the photos. Can you spot some of my items? 😊 The shop is full of amazing work by mainly local crafters. Why not pop in for a wee look next time you're passing, it's a really friendly and welcoming place. There's also work space for classes so give the page a follow to hear about them first! 🎉
