Never a topic I want to raise but over the past week I've had several no shows/ last minute cancellations. Whilst I do appreciate this can sometimes be due to unexpected circumstances, there have been quite a few who have simply forgot...With this happening at the time expected for the appointment, there is very little chance of filling this gap before the next one scheduled. Time is then spent calling/ messaging customers to reshuffle the day where I can...

Being self employed is challenging at the best of times but this week its been not only deflating but a significant loss of income- Over £200 lost in just 3 days!

Regular visitor Dora was in recently for her usual bath & groom session. Such a beauty and delight to work with too ❤🐾

It's been a little quiet here on the page although not so much in real life, with the arrival of our now 11 week old daughter ❤ As you can see, both human and fur baby were equally happy to meet each other 😂 Thankfully they have both adjusted fairly well since those early days!
Looking forward to catching up now and sharing some long overdue customer photos 🐾
