Hi everyone, so there’s seems to be a little confusion over what to do when you arrive for your appointment.
As you all know, I don’t have a reception area or a receptionist and I work strictly by appointment only.
I’ve had a few clients turning up early waiting directly outside my salon door, knocking on the door/ringing the door bell or messaging me whilst I’m still with a client carrying out treatments.
I have been lenient recently because I’ve been trying to work around having Milo 🐕 at work with me.
Now that he is completely settled and it’s my busiest time of year, please can you follow the instructions below when arriving for appointments. This makes it easier for everyone and avoids your or my previous clients appointments being interrupted.
I am very hot on making sure all of my equipment and bed / products etc are sterilised & cleaned between each client. I also sometimes need a moment to set up for you or to even have a quick drink of water on busy days.
This is proving difficult when clients are turning up early.
If in the event I do not message you within 10mins after your booked appointment time then please do feel free to message me to double check I haven’t made a mistake with your appointment… on the rare occasion! (I’m only human🙈) if anyone has any questions on this please drop me a message. Thanks a lot, Marianne
