Hi allll. Happy Sunday. Here is my weekly post about my beautiful wax melts to make your homes smell amazing.

A little info on us. We’ve left military life & moved from RAF Brize Norton (Oxford) after to become civilians. My husband is retiring from the RAF this summer and we have lived on AA since early March and love being part of this community.

I get asked regularily how often to change the scents and how to do it cleanly.
I personally change all my melts at the same time once a week, but this is my preference.
I use one heart/one section of a snap bar and either add to it (and leave for another week) OR have a total change.

Step one
Put your burners on kitchen roll
Add a NEW tea light
(I then set a 3 min timer OR watch for a change in consistency)

Step two
I take an additional piece of kitchen roll and scoop out the almost solid wax melt.
Then wipe as much of the excess melt with the same piece of kitchen roll.

Step three
I then put the plug in the sink and put in hot water and washing up liquid in the sink and leave to soak.

Step four
After about 5 minutes I then take them out the water and leave to drain, then dry with a tea towel.

Then they are then ready to go.
The process takes around 5 minutes(I do a mine together to it takes around 15 minutes)
