We will be open for Brunch from 10.30 am every day this week. We will also be open from 9.30 on New Year’s Day for all you keen Parkrunners and Earlybirders 😀

Pizza and brunch chef 25 hours per week

We are looking for a pizza and brunch chef for our lovely Preston park pub. We’re very proud of our pizzas and we have a nice little set up for smooth services. Our brunches are just at the weekend with the menu currently being extended. 4-5 days out of 7 not all weekend.

Duties will be
Making and shaping dough
Taking care of sheila our starter
Preparing toppings and brunch
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
Maintaining food safety paperwork
Ordering and stock management

You will be working closely with the owners of the business who are both experienced hospitality proffessionals. We do simple things very well. High standards and initiative are extremely important to us.

The pay is up to £12p/h depending on experience.
The offering of a contract is dependant on a successful paid trial period.

Up to 30 hours per week prepping and building lovely sourdough pizzas. Plus helping out with weekend brunches. must be available for some of the weekend. Hospitality experience is preferred and training will be given.

Morning Folks, Return of the Brunch (it is!) is here. PBT is now open from 10 on Saturdays and Sundays for brunch.
As well as our Full, Veggie and Vegan English, we now have our PBT sourdough flatbreads, Croque Monsiuer, Madame and Haddock Smokie.

We are looking for a pizza chef to join our friendly team, we use high quality ingredients and make everything from scratch. Experience desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Hope you’re all keeping your peckers up. it’s certainly going to be a different New Year’s Eve this year, Sara and I are gutted we won’t be seeing you for our End of Year Quiz. We will however be open NYE from 5pm until 8pm offering pizzas and cocktails for your stay at home party... Any pizza and any cocktail for £14 and 2 pizzas and two cocktails for £25... so we will be with you in spirit 😉

Hi everyone, so as we will be In Tier 4 from Boxing Day onwards, Christmas Day will be our last day for the foreseeable future. We will be open today from 2pm - 8pm and Xmas day from 10.30-3pm. Booking for tmw is highly recommended.

Thansk to everyone who came out last week, it was great to have you all back!
Really sorry we have been late in posting our hours up... it’s been difficult trying to decide what to do.
We have taken the decision to close Monday and Tuesday evening and condense our opening times to Wed to Sunday.
Wednesday 5-9
Thursday 5-9
Friday 4-10
Saturday 3-10
Sunday 1-5
We are really hoping that there is good news regarding the tiers on 16th December- so until then our hours will be as posted here.

Great news everyone... we are open tonight from 5pm.... we have a new (just enough) size of pizza in addition to our 12 inch ones.... so it’s much easier (and cheaper) to have a substantial meal with your drinks.... looking forward to seeing you all later 👏👏👏

This time next week we will be open again 😀 - we can’t wait to see you all This lockdown has been tough but we really appreciate all your support - our take away window will be open tonight (Thursday) thru to Sunday and then Sara and I will take a little break before we open our doors again on Thursday at 4pm.
We will keep our takeaway options going, so you can still phone orders through and after the success of our oven ready take away Sunday roasts we will keep that going as well.
If you live locally and are self isolating or have difficulty in getting out, especially if you live alone - let us know because we may be able to deliver to you.

We will be open today from 12-3pm so you can get one of Sara’s fantastic roast dinners and if you’re quick you can get it delivered direct to your door
Choose from Beef, Lamb, Pork or Veggie squash and nut roast, all served with Yorkie, roast potatoes, roast carrots and parsnips, braised red cabbage, seasonal greens, and spectacular gravy all for £14.50 and as a special treat this week each roast will come with a glass of house wine... so please remember to phone ahead.
Our roasts come in an oven ready foil container so you can even go for a walk and re heat your lunch when you get home.

Afternoon everyone, the take away window will be open today from 4pm and we will be opening every evening during this latest lockdown.
Monday and Tuesday 6-8, Wednesday and Thursday 5-9, Friday 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 12-3
We will be serving draught beers, including, the super tasty Burning Sky Arise in 1 or 2 pint cartons and Cocktails for £6.
We will of course be serving our sour dough pizza Monday to Saturday and you can also still order on UberEATS for delivery.
Sara’s superb roast dinners will be available on Sunday between 12-3 pm and we are pleased to announce that if you pre book we can offer a delivery service (within a two mile radius). Collection is also available.
