Our classes contain warm up, toning strengthening, cardio, stretching , cool down and a lot of fun and laughs .

Thank you to all my lovely Monday morning gym ladies who kindly donated to support me in my Walk for Leybourne on the 8 th September.

On Sunday 8th September I am taking part in the walk for Leybourne to help raise money for the centre to continue to help rescue, rehome and rehabilitate animals in their care.

As you know this is a charity very close to my heart and so I would like to be able to help as much as I can. As most of you know I already volunteer at the centre but if you can help support me with this walk by making a donation to the RSPCA I would appreciate it.
