Higher than a snug but not a rook and not a flat as there's no exit out the back!

There are so many options to avoid ear trauma👂.. These pillows are fab, most people have a travel neck pillow already and even just rolling up a hand towel is just as good! Who knew the other uses they have! 😲 Now both ears can be beautifully pierced 😍.. so many people don't get the ear done that they sleep on! 🫣

Yesterday I had my biggest challenge 🫣.. getting an internally threaded curved barbell back in a already swollen rook piercing that was only 5-6 weeks old 😲😱 I eventually managed to save it using plastic tubing sheath to thread the jewellery through. Now to de-swell👂and start the important aftercare ❤️‍🩹🩹 (I did not do the original piercing and client provided her own jewellery)
