The bathroom has been completely modernised with white and grey combination of glazed and matt tiles for the floor and walls. Stunning chrome over head shower and a sleek, contemporary style cabinet with both mirror and under cabinet LED illumination.

Here we have a bathroom refurbishment we completed for a landlord. Replacing the tiles with panels makes a big difference and also easy to maintain. Walls have been treated due to water damage and all areas are now water tight.

Buy to Let - Landing

New carpets throughout, wall corrections and finished with Leyland Mercury Grey.

Buy to Let - Kitchen Renovation

Complete renovation on the kitchen. New flooring, plumbing, window removed and replaced with cabinetry, appliances.

Flooring at the buy to let property has been completed.

We used London and Kent Floor Sanding, they did an amazing job at bring the floor back to life. Sanded back, treated, all gaps and repairs done before finish.

Buy to Let - Living Room

All walls and ceiling have been corrected, cleaned, primed and painted in Leyland Trade Mercury. The woodwork has been repaired and painted in Leyland Satinwood.

Floors are to be sanded and varnished making the room even brighter.

Buy to Let Renovation - Bathroom

New suite installed, flooring, extractor and plumbing works. Panelling has been used for around the bath.

Simple small job of changing basin taps and flexi to prevent leaks....

Well we thought it was simple however they are in some awkward places sometimes!!

This week has been all about bathroom repairs.

New shower fitted and copper pipework repair (we don't want any leaks), wall repair and paint with mold treatment to finish.

Silicone sealant can make all the difference. It doesn't just look better but it will prevent leaks and water damage.

No job is too little.

The last couple of months there's been an increase for installing insulation.

We can measure, supply and fit insulation and this will help keep your house warm and savings on energy bills.

Christmas is just round the corner and we're getting ready the Citadel way...

Adding colour to the property and no longer looking like a building sight

All rooms were plastered and primed before being painted. This will give a nicer finish for when the colour is painted on.

When renovating you come across issues that you wouldn't expect for example all roof joists in 3rd small bedroom were all rotten.

To make roof safe again we needed to strip off back addition roof to change all rotten trust, to change rotten wall plate, to re-felt and batten back addition roof and fit lead to back and fit fascia board.

We had the lovely help from C&D Contractors who did an amazing job within one day!!

Time to plaster and paint ready for carpets to go down.

Hallway - we decided to pull down the ceiling as this was extremely low.
Removing the ceiling has made it feel more spacious and and not so narrow.

Knocking the wardrobe through to the second bedroom.

The wardrobe was not needed in bedroom therefore we knocked it through to bedroom 2 creating better storage for bedroom 2.
