You will be required to serve customers and help in the bakery kitchen when needed. An interest in baking breads and cakes would be beneficial as would barista skills. We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our small team. This could be a part-time or full-time role and is based on-site at Mrs Sourdough Bakery located in Chatham (ME4 4DS). The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bakery goods, mostly consisting of sourdough bread and pastries.
The Baker will also be involved in ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment, and collaborating with other team members effectively.

We are looking for experienced individuals to join us, preferably with sourdough but the role is open to all Bakers.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Baker
• Ability to work early hours
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good time management skills
• Flexibility
