⭐️ Fitness Class Timetable Update - November 2024 ⭐️

Our fitness class timetable has been updated and is coming in to effect from Monday (4th November 2024). The booking system has been updated to reflect the new timetable.

Changes include:
•⁠ ⁠Removal of Tuesday & Wednesday morning indoor cycling (spin) classes
•⁠ ⁠A new indoor cycling (spin) class will be added on Sundays at 10am (starting from 10th November)
•⁠ ⁠A new Yoga Class will be introduced on Thursdays at 11am (starting from 21st November)
•⁠ ⁠Legs, Bums & Tums on Thursday will be renamed to LBT Step
•⁠ ⁠Yoga flow on Friday will be renamed to Stretch & Flow
•⁠ ⁠A five minute gap has been added between Legs, Bums & Tums and Pump & Shred on Tuesday evenings to help with the classes crossing over

We're pleased to annnounce that author KD Greaves will be visiting us and the children during funtime on Tuesday this week! :)

She will be running a workshop with the children including craft activities. Her books will also be available to purchase and can also be signed on the day!

We're pleased to say that the health suite renovation has been completed (minus a few little tweaks that are coming soon).
