MacBook Air in over the Bank Holiday weekend, initially for a free diagnosis and quote after it stopped powering on and/or charging. Our initial suspicious were correct and the battery had failed but had also caused the USB-C charging ports to fail at the same time, most likely through excessive heat 🔥

Once the quote was approved, the repair was completed and the device feels brand new once again! As with any laptop/computer repair, we even included a free of charge internal clean and dust removal to ensure this runs perfectly once returned to the customer 🛠️

This Samsung Galaxy came in after it had been left unused for a long period of time and no longer powered on. We found the battery to be no longer functional but had also swollen up and started to push the rear glass off! Despite the high cost of modern smartphones and the developments in battery technology, this is surprisingly a very common issue 😳

If you’re going to leave your gadgets for an extended period of time, it’s highly recommended they’re charged up and switched on every few weeks to avoid this issue!
