I love the simplicity of this gorgeous three tier wedding cake! The venue was beautiful and hidden away like a true gem! 💎 Congratulations to the happy couple! Xx

Wow, this cake was incredible and huge and I needed a ladder to place the top tier on! (Well not quite, I stood on a chair). It featured a hand piped plaque in royal icing. The whole cake rested on top of a beautiful grand piano!

The bottom tier was a massive 15.5” fruit cake, followed by vanilla, red velvet, biscoff, almond with cherry jam and caramel! So many delicious flavours!!

Another lovely set up at Knowle Country House in Higham, Kent. The fresh flowers were so beautiful - the whole room was adorned with them and the smell was incredible! Happy wedding day! ❤️

I was absolutely delighted when I was asked to make this gorgeous wedding cake for Jordan and Liam. The wedding took part at one of my favourite venues, The Knowle Country House in Higham, Kent. The theme was black and white and this cake fitted the bill perfectly! Congratulations guys and thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!

A cheeky little retirement cake for one of the lovely nurses at Medway Hospital. I loved making all the little bits and bobs for it!

I absolutely adored making this super cute flowers, butterflies and bees cake for little Sanai! The colours are so bright and cheery!

Well it seems I am an awful lot further behind posting my creations than I thought!! I’d best get cracking!

First up is this gorgeous YSL perfume bottle cake for Shan. The shape was a little tricky to do with the cut out, but I think it came out ok?

My big bro is a punk, plays in four bands and turns 60 and so I just had to make him a show stopper cake as well as a little fruit cake for him to keep all for himself 😂 I created this punk bust cake (not modelled on my brother!) following the excellent tutorial from The Bake King, Ben Cullen via Cakeflix, and modified the face to give him a Sid Vicious snarl. It was a real challenge but I loved every minute of it!! The bust was ALL CAKE comprising of luscious lemon sponge filled with tangy lemon buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache and sugarpaste. Carol Sharland

I really loved creating this three tier stunner for Nicki, who is crazy about puzzles!! Two tiers of classic vanilla filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam and one tier of zingy lemon filled with lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd. I hope you had a wonderful 50th birthday Nicki!! Xx

A cake fit for a princess! This gorgeous chocolate sponge was filled with delicious chocolate buttercream, coated in milk chocolate ganache and finally covered in silky sugarpaste, to make this cake a true chocolate lover’s dream! I hope you enjoyed your birthday Steph!

I absolutely loved making this classic vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. It was then covered in white chocolate ganache and finally enrobed in delicious sugarpaste.

Just before Christmas I had the great pleasure of making this beautiful silver birch effect wedding cake. I absolutely love making cakes where the pattern and design are organic and just “happen”. 😍 ❤️

The cake consisted of three flavours - luscious lemon, red velvet and white chocolate, all encapsulated in white chocolate ganache and lovely sugarpaste.

The venue was perfect - through some very bumpy, camber and winding country lanes, until I reached the Ferry House Inn, Sheerness. Just look how beautiful it looked inside!
