What a blast we had with all the beautiful customers we met, and of course everyone that helped us on those hot summer days. It wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic love and support of my family and friends. I love you all so much.

I just love the colours sweet mixed bell peppers gives my Slow Cooked Beef in Hoisin Sauce… they are as delicious as they are beautiful and as a big! matter of fact! they are equally healthy!!! Today I wanted to pay homage to the King of your spice cupboard, Turmeric.
Tumeric may be better know for its unique flavour and colouring, however, in many countries around the world, it’s praised for its miraculous healing properties.
I make a conscious effort to include it in my daily diet to aid with my joint pain and early signs of arthritis .
I tend to to mix it with ginger and a splash of lemon to make it more palatable and drink it like I would my espresso - down in one!
