If you missed this programme on gut health ( it’s on Now- Tuesday 8pm channel 4) This lady was on the Synergy 21 day programme- available from me- ask for details because the programme didn’t really make clear the details; yes, there are 5 supplements but they work hand in hand with a clean eating plan.

Threw this together for a quick early dinner- chopped chicken thigh, sliced veg- I used carrot, corgette, red pepper, asparagus, mushrooms stir fried in extra virgin olive oil, chilli, garlic, turmeric, ginger, cumin, when almost cooked add in coconut milk (the type in a carton- no sugar) spinach and fresh coriander, bring to boil until spinach is wilted, pop in a bowl & serve… If like moi you’ve added too much heat- add a dollop of coconut yogurt 🥣👌❤️

Newly launched marine collagen, watch this space or ask for more details!

Freshly baked Tahini & seed bread - gluten free, scroll down for recipe and btw I added chopped olives 🫒❤️👌

Thank God for electric whisks- making mayonnaise is time consuming even WITH one!

Yummy brunch❤️

Spicey roasted veg and butter bean soup using organic/ free range chicken broth- (just put the carcass in a saucepan of water with some herbs and boil for 30 mins - it’s a great source of collagen ) with coriander , omg second helping I think! NB: bone broth is not a good idea if you don’t know the source of your chicken- you could well be consuming nasties . AND bone broth is naturally high in histimine and it gets higher the longer it’s stored in the fridge; if you already suffer with high histimine levels and struggle with keeping allergies at bay with the daily recommended antihistamine - avoid bone broth and collagen supplements!
