So this is what approximately 10 hours of needling looks like over one session on a client with Alopeica Totalis.

When performing Scalp Micropigmentation properly and to the highest standards it's important to understand exactly how to construct a hairline, interior profiles, fades and neckline that are specific to people's gender, age, ethnic origins to ensure a natural realistic end look is achieved.

We have two more sessions on my absolute rocks target of a client to complete the overall transformation. June was very keen to show people who suffer with Alopecia to be confident and "rock your bald head". After two more sessions we will constructed a thick full and overall natural end result 😀

What a start!

With just one session look at the results achieved 🙌 I've done two passes so far over Charlie's scalp, one with a 0603rl and then another with a 0403rl and we can already see the super soft and natural haile coming along perfectly! Take a look at the last picture for a zoomed in super crispy close up ⭐️

Let's take a little swipe through Martins SMP journey shall we to see how he got the absolute perfection you see here in photo one! This is the completed treatment, the result of three meticulous sessions building uoneaxh layer perfectly.

Photo two:
This was after the second session as you can see there is a nice difference between this and photo one. After two session your smp treatment will already look very realistic and natural but it needs all three sessions to get the full wow factor!

Photo three:
First pass onnthe first session, the very first time you can see your hairline and treatment taking shape. I get the foundations in on this session and then I make a second pass with a smaller needle to being building io the density. (Stulidly I forgot to take a photo of the completed first session)

Photo four:
We can see Martins head is all shaved down and sterilised ready to go. His new hairline has been drawn on and anybother marks I need to make are in to guide me through this transformation!
