We welcomed Lily Angela Shoulders into the world on Wednesday 15th November at 18.39pm. Weighing 7lb 13oz. She kept us all waiting she was 12 days late but she was well worth the wait she is absolutely perfect and we couldn’t love her anymore💕

Our charity ball in aid of Wipe Away Those Tears is just two weeks away. I have recently completed Sally Earlam’s course in Reflexology for Menopause, learning so much about how to support and empower women through what can often be a very difficult transition.
