Garage conversion recently completed on a new build in Chelmsford.

Unfortunately this client fell victim to a rogue trader and was left with some seriously poor work and his garage roof hanging by a thread! So first job was to make safe and support the roof with the correct sized steel beam and make good the brickwork that was left butchered before we began a complete strip out!

Then it was onto the rebuild!

Here are some before and after pictures of an extension we carried out for a lovely couple in west mersea.

The existing building was stripped down and removed making way for this lovely open planned living space boasting 4m Bi-folding doors and a fantastic looking lucenta grey porcelain wrap around patio to really brighten up the garden area too. The original sliding patio doors in the rear of the property were also removed to open up the whole downstairs of this house making it feel extra spacious. With the sky lanterns flooding natural light in it creates a really bright warm environment for those all important Sunday dinners with the family!

This particular couple knew exactly what the were hoping to achieve from this project and together we pulled it off superbly! They are now ready to entertain friends and family on those long summer nights!

We also added a porcelain pathway leading up to a second entertainment area including a brick built serving area to house their BBQ’s and outdoor furniture and will be returning in the near future to add in a bar too!!

This project was done entirely in house by FUTURE and finished to perfection as always 👌🏼

Installing a new front door and side panels for this client meant they had an area for shoes and coats instead of cluttering up the entrance hall.

It also updated the look of the house from the front incorporating the leaded glass to match the existing and a clear internal

Nice little garage extension completed for our client in clacton.

More space was needed to accommodate a working area and storage for his classic cars to come home.

We increased the overall floors space by over 200sqft!! Giving ample space to manoeuvre around a car comfortably.

The driveway was the next issue with being too steep so we done away with that and re-concreted it to suit the clients needs.

All in all a job well done by the team at future and a fast turn around on this one too!

Let me start by saying we really like how this one turned out!

This particular building was created as a safe haven for the clients dogs and somewhere to freshen them up after their long walks through the muddy countryside.

The plan originally on this project was to renovate the existing building and give it a freshen up, however our client decided that it was just too small for their requirements and so we would knock it down and start from scratch.
