Explain the time it could take, the cost , be truthful .
This did turn out better than expected. Full head red to begin, bleach bathed, the bleach and dark ash blonde foils woven through.
Rinse, pretoned
Root melt in medium cool blonde, toned through midlengths and ends
K18 mist spray and mask applied before each step, finishing with the mask and serum .
Caroline walked out transformed with hair in better condition than she arrived with.
NB/ i’ve always coloured Carolines hair, therefore i knew exactly what i was dealing with however, more often than not this isn’t the case

Imagine , being asked to work elsewhere to earn some extra money but turning it down as you have work?
Needing a doctor appt but turning it down because you have work?
Not visiting your elderly parents because you have work ?
Not catching up with your best friend over from Australia but you can’t because you have work ?
Not doing something for your kids because you have work.
Turning down a much needed night with hubby because you have work ?
Cinema with friends because you have work?

Then, with couple of hours notice work is cancelled! Too late to do any of the above and loss of earnings!

How annoyed, no actually, infuriated would you feel?

Unfortunately this is happening to me on a daily basis, therefore i have no choice but to now charge 100% of appointment if less than 24 hrs notice is given and 50% 24-48 hrs .

Enough is enough. I am turning work down , that one short notice cancellation actually costs me double .

Next step will be deposits for ALL appointments.

Met William ! William has been coming to me now for 3 years with his Mummy and Grand Parents since he was 1. Let me tell you a bit about William , he has Autism, Global Delay, Speech and Language Delay and Sensory Processing Disorder. For 2.5 years he screamed, cried and faught against his haircut but today he sat in the chair by himself , i was able to use clippers on his hair which is a major breakthrough. Hairdresers’ please be patient and Parents please don’t be afraid or embarrassed to take your child with or without disabilities to everyday challenges. Try to stick with the same person , trust me your child will appreciate it.
William’s Mummy .dolan.161 is an amazing single parent who works full time but her patience and knowledge is outstanding. Emma is now 38 and i have been the family hairdresser for 33 years!! Omg i feel old 🤣

Fill has been soo patient . After loosing all her hair due to cancer treatment we finally got her hair to the point where she is now suitable for extensions again . Soo worth the wait .
