MEET THE TEAM MONDAY

Meet Ellie, who was recently promoted to Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Ellie joined the hotel as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Assistants in July 2023. She originally started working within Conference & Banqueting and was later trained to work in our Samphire Restaurant hosting our dining guests. In March of this year, Ellie was promoted to Senior Food & Beverage Assistant in a Team Leader role, prior to her to very recent promotion as Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Ellie has now completed her a-level studies at sixth form and will be going to university in September.

We are very pleased to have Ellie as a member of our Senior F&B Team.

On our quest to become a more sustainable business we are happy to have installed two new electrical vehicle chargers.
You can leave your car charging whilst you recharge in our Rainsford Bar.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY

Meet Marvin, who is the hotel's Maintenance Manager.

Marvin started with us in January 2023. He oversees the maintenance department, both fixing and maintaining our charming property, keeping the existing character of the hotel in check.

He also supports our GM and Ops Manager in overseeing the compliance and health & safety for the company.

Along with his assistant, Marvin continues to do a fantastic job on the current refurbishments of public areas, guest bedrooms and bathrooms. He was also instrumental as part of the pre-opening team for Ashdon Cottage last year, which has proven a great success since opening in late July 2023.

Marvin is exceptionally well respected by the team and very popular amongst all departments.

Meet Andra, who is our Reception Manager at the hotel.

Andra joined us in November 2023 as Assistant Night Manager and was promoted to Reception Manager in February 2023.

She took on the challenging role of managing reception, reservations, nights and guest relations in her first head of department position. She has really flourished in the role and is exceptionally popular with our hotel guests. Andra has built a lovely team on reception who do an absolutely spectacular job at looking after all our clients across the hotel.

It is wonderful having Andra in our team of managers.

Meet Joshua, who works as one of our Night Duty Supervisors at the hotel.

Joshua has been with the company for over a year and a half now.

He does a great job in supporting our Reception Manager and Assistant Reception Manager in running the hotel operation overnight, in addition to, always being willing to help out where needed in the hotel, being very popular with his colleagues.
