George Bone - Musician

Happy birthday to me. This has been the weirdest, busiest, most stressful, and yet most fulfilling year of my life. At the start of the year, I made a list. Small goals, but ones I thought were important. Not all of them marked, but - for once - I’m proud of what I’ve worked for.

I started with , performed at festivals around the UK, got funding from and - as of a few days ago - got nominated as one of best male artists. And I try not to forget that this year is the year I actually started releasing music 😉

Below are some people who I met and places I’ve been this year who have helped me along the way. Thank you for putting up with me. Bring on whatever next year will be.

My debut solo single. That still feels weird to say. From sitting in a hostel in Valencia writing the chorus (heartbroken, feeling sorry for myself), to hearing it on the radio. Even weirder. Life is insane. And I'm insane for releasing a song about it all. So stream it to make the world make a bit more sense.

The song wouldn't've been possible without the help ofhanley who helped write it with me, who produced it with me, and for mastering!

Happy World Mental Health Day everyone ❤️

The last few months have been so busy (and yet with still so much more to come), that it has been very easy to lose track of the connections I do have, and who has helped along the way. As I’ve said to people in just the last week alone, darting round the country for gigs has been an incredible experience; but a musicians life can sometimes get lonely, and - as fellow musicians will know all too well - sometimes it gets too much.

Here are some goofy photos I have taken, and have had taken, from the last month that have made me happy. Thank you to friends for sticking with me, for people taking chances on me, and for even lovelier people working with me. And finally, thank you so everyone who has streamed my debut featured track with and ; the response has been amazing, and I actually cannot appreciate you all more than I do now.
