What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy aims at restoring movement and function when you have an injury or increased pain related to activity.

The team at Principle physiotherapy have a strong belief in the role of physical activity and how it can be used to treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries. We are highly trained to assess and treat a wide range of issues from knee and hip osteoarthritis, back and neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and rotator cuff related shoulder pain.
