This mornings workout was trying out my newly choreographed adult barre warm up and arm section. 💪🏻 A quick blast of abs to finish then a (cold) hot tub with these two early birds 💜

We have been working on improving inner thigh strength in class over the last 3 weeks. Our inner thighs are stabilising muscles which help to align your hips. When strengthened they can help reduce the chance of knee injury and improve posture.

I am looking at expanding our current adult daytime classes. I have a couple of options which could run either Tuesday AM, Thursday AM or Friday late AM

2 - Adult dance
3 - Additional adult barre class daytime
4 - Absolute beginners fitness pilates class
