We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to develop our innovative seven-bedroom, social enterprise Guest House offering training and work experience to vulnerable adults with a wide range of disabilities. Diversifying our services so that we’re well placed to offer new innovative opportunities for individuals into the future.

The role will have responsibility for running and developing our hospitality social enterprise, for marketing, budgeting, ensuring high customer service standards and developing training opportunities for the students.

We are looking for someone with great communication and business skills and a ‘Can-do attitude’ with the ability to think outside the box.

You need to be a good team player with a flexible and hands on approach.

You will be working in an exceptionally supportive environment with good working conditions. People who work for us are passionate, entrepreneurial, knowledgeable and unpretentious.
