What a lovely few days in a beautiful setting serving seasonal cocktails and lush wines! We were lucky to have been invited by Nathan from .england to come and serve at the wonderful . So many stalls and marquees selling vintage and antique homewears and artisan things. I could have spent a fortune on everything from and .co.uk Beautiful children's clothing from . Also had a few poochie mates this weekend including a chat with this fine chap .
Now off for a bath and chill with these amazing bath soak salts from .botanics . I wanted all their beautiful body oils too!

Just a little note, did you know that we are called the Elemental mule... because we think of drinks like building elements. Weather is a beautifully made spirits cocktail drink or a healthier non alcoholic creation.
We love all the elements, the way it looks, which glass, how it tastes, the quality of the spirits and mixers, the added element of something healthier, and the beautiful garnishes which are many of the time home grown.
We try to work on each event as its own project, analysing the audience and guests and what might inspire them. Get in touch to see if we can come up with a delicious menu bespoke to you.

These two are a new marriage made in heaven. Lush Blazing Pineapple... ( though was special edition so 🤞🏼🤞🏼they make more) lower sugar natural coconut rum! So many uses with these two!

Lush new zero alcohol fizz on the menu for the next two events.. have brought our a limited edition Blazing pineapple macerated spirit. It’s lush, simply with cloudy lemonade and a squeeze of lime, or add a 25ml spiced rum and a slice of pineapple for a tiki style sunshine punch. On the menus for and !

Ready for …bringing a lush menu of spirits based drinks.. including a sneaky Aperol! Come find our little lounge area and grab some drinks for their 10th anniversary festival!! Great line up too this year with tonnes of other stages and activities for kids too!

Over the last week we’ve done our most random event to date, really wasn’t sure what to expect of these car enthusiasts but genuinely some of the most interesting and lovely people ever. The cars are SOOO much fun, I don’t know why it’s only really an older crowd that love this because I can totally see myself pootling around in one! I mean I wouldn’t fit much stock in the back! Thank you to and all the Austin Seven clubs who supported us! And to for keeping me sane! We had a brilliant selection of gins behind the bar that flew off the shelves from shame there isn’t any left for me!

Little dream bar team here at the Austin 7 centenary! Thousands of people from around the world coming in their tiny little cars, celebrating for the first time in years. We met a few gems this evening and looking forward to their big celebrations where we’ll be serving all the best drinks from cocktails, gins spirits and wines, to the legendary with their range of ales, ciders and lagers perfectly chilled ( I know I even hugged a keg of their lager in this heat!)

A dreamy wedding, the most beautiful location , amazing food from ( and a lot of banter!), beautiful touches brought together by the bride and her planner and friends. Drinks on the bar featuring and . My wonderful staff and friends… legends! And thank you to the weather for finally giving us a perfect day! Now to load in for a five day long Gin festival!

We’re pretty excited about this beautiful wellness festival in August. Grab your tickets whilst you can for the glamping, SUP yoga, on-site spa, awesome music and a selection of the best Yogi’s this country has to offer! And all in our county!! We will be running the zero alcohol bar serving wellness drinks and 0% cocktails. We have lots on offer form a wide range of health drinks from .hip.pop and many more still being added to the list!

What a weekend! The bar was out in full bespoke mode at a beautiful 50th party. We created a bespoke drinks menu for the guests who partied hard despite the weather, they brought all the energy and positivity which was great to be around! The wines were beautiful and chosen by the organisers. Feel very privilege to have shared this day with them all! Oh and the music was insanely good .. check out !

Had a little planning meet ahead of this years yesterday and we’re so excited to bring the Elemental Mule Spirits bar to the festival this year! *with loud music it limits the chance to offer one to one adjustments to your yoga poses, this is why we are categorising the class as intermediate, it would benefit you if you have an awareness of common yoga poses so with simple instruction you can relax, flow, get into your grove and enjoy the tunes.

Wedding season incoming! Not that you shouldn’t get married in winter, it’s just a damn site easier in better warmer weather right! We can work with event planners, brides, grooms, caterers and whoever else fancies in creating a perfect drinks option for your special days. Whether you want a mix of healthy balanced drinks of a bespoke cocktail menu to get the party started we are happy to work together.

These sunny spring days are getting us in the mood for some Strawberry Gin based drinks… popping up on a Gin festival menu early summer!

Can’t wait to get this beauty out for spring. Summer events! We’ve got a lush event on the 22nd -April at so book on in! Then lots of private parties and weddings until a summer of festival madness! Roll on sunny days!

Loving these guys… such a brilliant yoga event this morning with awesome tunes to keep the weekend spirit up! The e yoga flow form was lush, really needed those stretches but feeling it now! And the beats by and all pulled together by . Sunday mornings couldn’t actually get any better! Perfect to belt out a hangover with the music pounding! And stick around at for some excellent authentic pizzas!

Life is all about right? It’s difficult living and breathing health at all times, but it’s good to balance up the ying and Yang! We love to drink sometimes, whether it be a good party with beautiful friends, wines paired with meals and creative cocktails in amazing bars. We are excited to offer some of our 2022 parties and festivals menus that work for them, whether it has the total health approach or it’s just balanced! All we know is we don’t beat ourselves up about a few naughty nights, we just balance it with the health when it’s needed!

Exciting to get these involved with a higher strength oil with delicious flavours! Drinks have 30mg per drink and they have some delicious gummies to add to your intake as well! Looking forward to serving these in my next event and in some more summer health festivals! Apparently they are also great mixed with Gin… they call it the Gin and Chronic! Love it!

Now this beautiful healthy drink is one of my new favourites! .bamboowater is so refreshing, and will be a perfect new healthier mixer with many spirits! I can really taste the yuzu and I think this could be a lovely addition to the bar! Trialling it with a little too for an extra health kick!

We’ve been busy recently researching and contacting emerging and interesting health brands for the elemental lounge at . I cannot wait to start trialling some zero alcohol cocktails with this really interesting enzyme cordial from… and pop open these beers this evening from . We’re going to bake some vegan scones and trial an elemental cream tea… using instead of champagne! Don’t worry though… will probably still have a glass or two of wine… it’s all about balance!

Lovely little end of season party for a local Pheasant shoot. The bar was snuck into a cosy Cotswold barn for the evening serving a mix of drinks named after the drives of the shoot. Even managed to get the country folk to drink ACV seltzers ! Amongst a few other new cocktails including an Amaretto Sour with the most amazing cherries and a fresh Pomegranate and Mint Mojito.
