Today marks the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week. π
This week we will be posting each evening with a charity related to Mental Heath & a tip for you to help improve your own mental health.
Tonightβs post is dedicated to the Samaritans.
We are lucky enough to have staff members that work at Philip Ford and Son & our sister branch W. S. Trenhaile Funeral Directors who are trained Samaritans and work at our local branch, Gloucester & District.
The Samaritans are a free & confidential helpline, available 24/7 across the UK who are there to answer the phone, listen and talk to you if youβre feeling vulnerable.
Thank you to all the volunteers who work tirelessly to keep these phone lines open.
TIP 1: Keep active!

Please reach out to someone if you need the help.

Looking for some useful advice. This small outdoor tree seems very ill, does anyone know what might be wrong with it and if there's anything I can do to revive it? We have a similar one which seems to be thriving.
Thank you.
