First years sounding incredible in their first full run of Then We’ll Fight from The Battle of Boat, just one of the numbers that will feature in Watt’s Up, their variety show in January. Really impressive work from all of them - we’d literally started learning this song a few days previously, yet they’d all leaned the lyrics and nailed the harmonies. What a phenomenal start to their two years at SDL!
What a fabulous first half term we’ve had! Our wonderful first years have settled in brilliantly, and our superb second years have begun the year on top creative form. We’ve watched four shows at the Everyman, have had workshops with industry professionals, have enjoyed our first open evening of the year, and have started work on our first public performances, one of which is already sold out! We’re off for the half term break now - back w/c 4th November.
Our next OPEN EVENING is on Monday 25th November. Come and join us and find out about our award winning Performing Arts course ⭐️
