Just a quick update for our clients.

Today we have managed to move premises to a new room.!! YAY 🙌
There is still alot to do in terms of setting up and restarting treatments.

If all goes well I'm hoping to resume treatments from Friday 12th July.
I Will keep you updated as much as I can over the next few days.

I will announce tomorrow our new address, do not fear we are still in the Central town about 2 minute walk from previous location.

❗❗IMPORTANT NOTICE❗❗

To all my lovely beautiful clients.... this morning I've turned up to work to find out that all Staff there have been made redundant with immediate effect. ( I rent a room so doesn't effect me in terms of this... however)
I was not informed on this and was given no notice what so ever!!
As you can understand I am mortified this has happened, when you rent a room from a business you expect some decency to at least give you some notice.
I have worked today and will be working tomorrow.
I have a few rooms I am looking at tomorrow in the town centre still... I'm hoping this will be resolved ASAP.
I'm absolutely devastated 😢
Any clients booked in next week will probably need to be re arranged until I find a new premises.
Obviously this can take some time in terms of prepping the room to be ready to treat you all.

I am so sorry to you all but one thing is for sure... I see this as a positive.. things happen for a reason and it was time to move on to a bigger chapter.

This is absolutely appalling, irresponsible, and dangerous on every conceivable level. It sums up exactly why so many people suffer complications, adverse reactions, and unwanted outcomes. Legally, anyone can carry out non-surgical cosmetic treatments in the UK, even former page 3 and reality tv stars with no medical training or relevant qualifications. They are able to do this because there are a plethora of unscrupulous, unethical, and unaccountable practitioners who set themselves up as so-called ‘training academies’ without any recognised qualifications or medical expertise. They promote their courses to ‘laypeople’ promising them lucrative and glamourous careers. Our investigations into some of these ‘academies’ and the data we gather from complaints submitted to us by members of the public evidence why these practitioners are so dangerous. The information they are taught is often vastly inaccurate and inadequate which inevitably leads to an increased risk of complications that they are unable to recognise and manage.

Over the past 5 years, we have managed over 5,000 complaints from members of the public, over 86% of which were regarding treatments carried out by laypeople, beauticians, and hairdressers. In over 80% of these cases, the patients were ignored or blocked by the practitioner when something went wrong.

Katie Price has publicly documented her numerous cosmetic procedures over the years and will be fully aware of the very serious risks involved. Despite this, she feels it is appropriate to start providing these treatments herself and is promoting it to her vast number of followers. These treatments have become hugely trivialised by social media and reality tv which has caused thousands of people to suffer complications at the hands of the untrained and unaccountable.
