Job Description

Sanaway are a family owned Washroom & Clinical Services company, with their Head Office based in Chertsey, Surrey. Continuous growth now requires us to recruit for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to oversee the operational function between the Sales, Service & Customer sectors of the business. In addition to this, there will be a responsibility to improve efficiency across the company as a whole as sales increase. The successful applicant will report to the Sales & Service Directors, whilst primarily being responsible for their own work schedule.

This position is based at our Head Office in Chertsey, Surrey.

Experience is a necessity in the role, in addition to a thorough understanding of MS Office software. Additionally we operate around our own bespoke operational software, and use of similar packages will be transferrable. You will be working as part of a team, and must display great communication and consolidation skills.

ABOUT YOU

Some knowledge of CRM software preferred

Sanaway are recruiting for Washroom Service agents to operate around the Greater London & M25 area, in addition to the Gatwick & Brighton areas. The companies Head Office is based in Chertsey, Surrey and the successful candidate will be home based, and required to visit the main depot once a week.
The position is full-time and offers a starting salary of £25,000.00 per annum. The successful applicant must posses a full driving licence and be confident with all traffic conditions. The position involves the servicing and collection of various waste streams from within our clinical waste and washroom service customers.
The company will provide full on the job training and each candidate must make themselves available for a full DBS record check. The results of which may determine the outcome of their propbation period.
