Those who know me well will know that my biggest struggle has always been something that I never really expected to face… and that is imposter syndrome. I never expected it to be a challenge I would come to face with, or even know what to do once realising my struggle with it!

I’m incredibly lucky to have a wonderful support network of beautiful people around me that encourage me to grow as a business and a person… I truly mean it when I say that I’m so grateful for you all 💛

Last year was a big rollercoaster for the business, from opening the City Walls store in April then a sudden change in circumstances meaning I didn’t know if the business was going to continue. This is where the beautiful family came in and selflessly saved my business… I still can’t get my head around their support, kindness & generosity!

Fast forward to now… those who run a small business know it can get rather lonely, so when my twin sister Jen asked if she could be part of the Osier dream, there was no hesitation in my ‘Oh my gosh yes, this is going to be the best thing ever!’ ✨

I still struggle with imposter syndrome on a daily basis… but Jen is one of the most talented and resilient people that I know, so I have no doubt that she will inject some new life into the business and give some confidence to this silly little noggin of mine! 👯‍♀️

I’m so excited to announce my new home at ✨

ōH is the most incredible collaboration of independent designers & creatives, and I am incredibly lucky to be amongst them! 🙌🏼

The store is situated just at the top of Lower Bridge Street, and is so full of talent & inspiration ✨

I’ll be plonking myself there every other Saturday starting next week to chat all things flowers (& more of course!) & make bespoke arrangements! I can’t wait to see you all already 💛
